No incoming Calls on Blueface

    Has anyone else any problem with incoming calls on Blueface?

    I have no incoming calls since 17.30 to-day and I have left two telephone messages with Blueface support and also sent two e-mails but I have had no response, there is nothing on the Blueface site regarding any current issues.

    Hi,
    It seems we have an issue with some ported numbers.
    We've raised the issue with Eircom as we're not seeing the calls reaching us at all on your number.

    As soon as we get some news from Eircom we'll contact you back. I've seen your mail in the support queue.
