    I notice it's used a lot by people in charge of something that they have really fcuked up the running of.. but we've taken measures to better things and moving forward hope to implement them effectively (so there's no need to worry)

    No I think they're a cutting edge big hitter by demonstrating joined up thinking and core competencies going forward.

    They should also be able to leverage any low hanging fruit by thinking outside the box and taking ownership of the big picture
