I've seen this a few times now in the nest box. Is this normal?

Totally normal behaviour, there's still a lot of nourishment passing through the babies as their digestive systems aren't fully developed yet so the parents can take advantage of that!
In the few days before the babies fledge, I've observed the parents leaving the nest with the faecal sacs to dispose of them.
