Need help retrieving my old boards account

I've forgotten the password to my old boards account.. which I stopped using because I moved back to Sweden and quake here died.

Problem is the email associated with it is long dead.. and it was years ago so I can't remember PM's.. fortunately I do remember my ICQ password even though I havent used ICQ in ages...
so I can confirm it's me by the ICQ that's on melachi profile.
or by speaking swedish etc etc..
