Saab 900 possible wiring problem Help!

I bought a 1997 saab 900 Tallageda yesterday, beautiful car full leather seats and electric everything but only 1 speaker out of six is working. I bought a 1997 saab 900 Tallageda yesterday, beautiful car full leather seats and electric everything but only 1 speaker out of six is working.
Now I can wire a stereo up no problem but this has me baffled.
All conections to stereo are perfect, even changed the stereo but same problem exsists.
No problem on wiring loom in dash as far as I can see.
Checked two rear speaker wire connections and no problem there.
Took off panel on drivers door and speaker connections are fine.
I am baffled as to where the problem can be and wonder if anyone has had this problem with a saab.
Anybody any idea where the problem lies?
