Cleaning a Cream Leather Couch

Anyone got any advice on how to clean a cream leather couch? I left a wine coloured throw on it for a number of months and, when I moved it, I saw that the colour had stained the leather. Have tried the usual cleaning agents but there is still a wine hue from the seat. Any ideas would be very welcome!
