Can anyone recommend a good physio or sports injury person preferably near Kells for combination sport/general unfitness related injuries please?

In my attempt to up my fitness levels with couch25k I appear to have given myself shin splints  so I'm hoping for personal recommendations to help find someone with experience helping the embarrassingly unfit. :)

Definitely try Ronan Carolan in Virginia. Very good on sports related injuries and solutions. Had a good few sessions when I tore my cruciate a few years back. Training now for the Dublin marathon.

David Murphy based in Jakie Skelly's in Johnstown Navan is excellent.
