We've got a spare room on offer in Maynooth from June 2010-June 2011!

Rent is 210 a month

The house itself is a three storey in Griffin Rath (out past Maxol), brand new with all mod cons including

Dishwasher
Microwave
Chorus + Net
Gas Heating
Alarm

The bins are included in the rent

House has kitchen, sittingroom/living room, large paved back garden with shed for storage, 2 level bathroom and two bedrooms, third level three bedrooms. Three bedrooms are ensuite. Loads of storage space, house is well insulated and v. energy efficient.

We're looking for a fifth person asap! PM me if you want more details, house is a great bargain, especially for students in the coming year! We're all aged 21-23 and all students bar one

Good luck if you plan on walking everywhere! Lovely houses but they are cheap for a reason. Ages away!

It's actually not that far away, 15mins walk into the college and most houses in that area are double the rent, the landlord was looking for the house to be filled quickly as there was a death in the family.

It's nothing like 15 minutes walk to the college! Try 40.
