Really Sorry if this has been asked before, but I just can't seem to find any info anywhere.

    So this is my situation:
I am an independent Mature Student
I have just finished my honours degree
I get BTEA and a grant including the top-up grant
I have been offered a 1 year taught masters which I have accepted
I know I won't get BTEA on the masters
I was hoping that I would continue to get the grant with the top-up
I am in the process of applying for the grant for my masters
I will be getting a loan to cover expenses throughout the year

My grant application is assessed on my income for 2009, which was BTEA during college and JA for the summer months of 2009.

If people on BTEA are no longer eligible for the grant does this mean that I am no longer eligible?
even though for 2010/11 academic year I won't be receiving any social welfare benefits?
If I am eligible, will I only be eligible for the maintenance portion?

    Thanks
