Changing my terms and conditions?

    Hi,

I've been working on a fixed term contract for my employer for just over a year and found out recently that I am being made permanent, getting a slight raise in pay and a change of job title. I have been issued a new contract reflecting this but in the contract the notice period has changed (previously it was 4 weeks notice, from employer or me, to terminate the contract but now it's 2 months notice). Do I have to accept this?

    Thanks

You either accept your new contract or you'll need to resign. If you continue to work with out signing the contract it will be taken as acceptance of the terms.
