    We were at the game last night against the Twins.

    Mariners won it in the 10th thank god.

    It was strange because there was no sign of griffy and everyone knows he probably didnt choose this "retirement" himself. If he hadnt have left he may have been fired.

    So we're expecting that there'll be some announcement soon about a proper send off.

    Jay Buhner(sp?) is still a Mariner, he keeps trying and failing to be an announcer. Poor guy just doesnt have the gift. But I think he's on the payroll as a hitting coach or something like that.
    Dan Wilson, the catcher has been trying out as an announcer as well, he's been pretty good.
