What with the good weather and my less than diligent inspections just noticed a pair of scratches/cracks on my front wheel, see attached picture. Can't recall any big trauma on this wheel other than the odd pot hole, probably less than 2000km usage. The wheel is a few mm out of true as welll, again can't place this with…

The wheel is a few mm out of true as welll, again can't place this with any particular incident either.
Should I be worried about this, and (a bit of a long shot methinks) the wheel is newish, entry level (mavic race) from a recent purchase of a well regarded LBS - is there any possibility of comeback there?
