Dear Government,

Could you please reconsider your legislation regarding the sale of products by headshops in Ireland? I thought it was hard listening to the Joe Duffy rabble who wanted to have them closed, but the other side are almost as bad,

Nope they wont. Many headshops were very successful before the ban of drugs like Mephedrone and synthetic Cannaboids. The majority that have opened up in the last 2 years will close down due to a lack of business, no harm there because they built the bad name that headshops now has. The original ones such as Nirvana are well known enough and have a large enough consumer base to still survive.

There is already 5 new major substances coming into Ireland within the next few weeks to replace Mephedrone, they're not as good but they'll certainly sell. One is supposed to be pretty comparable to Cocaine. Headshops wont be closed down, regulation is the best.

Anyway, on-topic yes I would certainly support this move. Since every thread is starting on AH and getting locked in the process, a dedicated forum could be a good idea.
