Webcam not compatible with Skype??

    Hi to all you techies out there! I need help! I bought a webcam the other day, told the guy in the shop that all I wanted it for was Skyping and he sold me a To$h!ba USB webcam Model PX1342E-1CAM.

    Skype tells me that I need to either upgrade my drivers or connect a webcam that is compatible with Skype.

    Anyone any idea how to go about updating the drivers? I have a Compaq laptop and operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium.

    All helpfull suggestions welcome!!
