Electricity / Gas provider in Ireland

    hello
    i emelio and recently I move to dublin ireland
    so far I get job and house, which is great
    now i get bills, which is not great

    i have esb and gas, very expensive vis-a-vis my home country
    my colleague at work seem very efficient and cash management
    she tell me to switch provider and say "make the big switch" repeatedly
    i understand no but realise many provider in Ireland
    can someone who understand eircom, esb, airtricity etc please advise which is best deal

    Elec:

    Airtricity
    ESB
    Bord Gais

    Gas:
    Board Gais
    Flogas
    Airtricity plan to enter market

    There may be others.
    Best bet is a provider who can give you both, as you will get a discount. For example I switched from ESB to Bord Gais for electricity. As I already got Gas from them, I can get electricity 14% cheaper than ESB

    Both GAs and Elec are very expensive in this country, just like everything else unfortunately.
