    Check all the RAM sticks, cards and cables to make sure they are all seated correctly and then try the system again.

    Give this a try then after doing the above:

    On boot up hold F8 and boot into safe mode and from there do a system restore via: Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools.

    Perform a CMOS reset. Did you do anything with the CPU? Dust?
