Vodafone network upgrade - Anyone else have 3G outage?

Hey, I've been on the GPRS network since I turned on the laptop this morning at 9ish! I heard Vodafone were planning on upgrading the network, so I assume the 2 are linked! Anyone know how long this can go on for?

I mailed Vodafone about it. Apparently, there's a cell off air in the area. No mention of it being due to an upgrade! :rolleyes:
