hi i was thinking of getting a box trailer and converting it into a catering van. i am from kildare and plan on selling here. its not to sell anything that has to be cooked just cold drinks at festivals, does anyone know what i need to get started . i was told i would need to have things like correct ventilation in the box…

i was told i would need to have things like correct ventilation in the box trailer and lights but im not sure. any relevant information to this would help such as licence health and safety or anything else.

for anyone who does not know what a box trailer is its a small trailer you toe behind a car with sides and a roof about 4ft wide by 6ft length and about 6 ft high.
