Cheapest Phone available.

Hi

I have a Htc hero but have started to go out on my road bike (cycle) a lot lately.
I put it into a small platic bag to stop sweat etc getting at it.

Is there a really cheap phone - just to use in emergencies - with a few numbers in it - that i can buy to bring out on the bike.
Doesn't need to be the same number or anytting - so a payg phone I suppose

any ideas ??

thx folks,

would prefer not to have to swap sims to be honest - don't need all my contacts when out on bike.

a second sim ? and power down the htc - then power up the other phone

a payg option - whats the best way to do this - so e20 credit can last months if needed - phone will be for emergencies only (req lifts )
