Actually that pad is not the worst of the "craptablets"

It's over-priced though - you should be able to pick it up for under $250

Among the issues it is likely to suffer from are

- Android 1.5 and likely not upgradable
- 128mb RAM
- Slow main storage (flash)
- Poor resistive touchscreen
- shoddy build quality

There's a great website here which discusses these tablets and is a good source for community custom roms
