Trying to unlock Samsung tocco lite

hey guys, my girlfriends got a pink tocco lite and we wana give it to her younger sis but it needs to be network unlocked, theres a few threads on this but nothing with a straight or certain answer, was wondering if anyone can help us out, its locked to meteor aat the moment and her sis is vodafone

Have you asked meteor for the unlock code?

If they dont give it to you, go to an unlocking shop and they will do it for about a tenner
