    2010....And the IMC offer 75 euro to the Winner of an IMC Race at The Irish Schools...Seriously have they checked the PRICE of "UNLEADED" Lately??????

    Doubt there will be any prize money based on the last imc. I dont think the athletes will be too bothered either if they get a good race and some good times. If they were out for cash they'd be hitting the road scene and not the track

    I can't understand how average club athletes can have a fascination with prizemoney in races. Think they are missing the point.

    Can you name me any other race which have official pace makers, quality field and all the opportunities possible to chase standards in this country? The athletes in contention for this dont give a rats about the prize money it is chasing times which matters.
    And last time i checked 75 euro should get you a round trip to Tullamore and back from pretty much anywhere in Ireland
