Kildare Installer

We already have Sky+ and multiroom, the Sky signal breaks up when it is sunny and the signal strength is 60-70%. They installed the dish partially obscured by a gutter at the side of the house (the gutter is white PVC).
The bracket that they installed the dish onto could be rotated easily to take the blockage out of the equation, the dish is at first floor window level.
Is there an installer that serves Rathangan, Kildare that would be abel to do it cheap. I am getting quoted €75-100 to get the dish adjusted.
Is it easier to let a professional do it or buy a signal detector on Ebay for €10 and get a ladder to do the job myself?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thats quite unusual as its normally rain that causes a problem. You can check the alignment using a satfinder but before lossening any bolts just bend the dish slighly with your hand and see does it make a positive difference. Also check that the lnb is on setting 2 assuming the dish is plumb/level

Thanks ordered a signal finder off Ebay for €10 and will have to beg, borrow or steal a ladder to get near the dish.
So hopefully will be able to sort it.
The Bush Freesat box upstairs doesn't suffer any of the picture distortion that the Sky boxes suffered on the same LNB. And connecting the freesat box into the LNB for the Sky+ box then the signal is still weak but get none of the picture problems that Sky has.
Signal strength is 60-70% according to the Freesat box.
The dish is 1/3 hidden behind downpipes and the corner of the house.
Should be an easy job just to rotate the bracket out to clear the house and downpipe.
