Hi,I'll be moving out to Bray during the summer and want to get back to doing a Martial Art, I did ITF TKD for a few years and got to blue belt but want to try another martial art, mostly for fitness and as a hobby, can anyone recommend a club in the Bray area that might be suitable for me?Cheers,Paddy

I hear the Glenview Karate club (Glenview Hotel) off the N11 is a good club to train in. No direct experience, though I know one of the instructors there. Unfortunately their website is not updated too regularly, but contact details here: http://www.glenviewkarate.com/

    Cheers,

I heard the Hapkido instructor out there was good.

I thought it was a bit pricey for me at the time though. €15 for the hour And it was up to you to do your warm-ups 'off the mat as it were' beforehand.
If you know what you're doing, that's grand. If you just starting out hopefully there will be someone else to help you.

If you fancy going back to the ITF TKD there's a club in St. Killian's community centre on the Southern Cross Road between Bray and Greystones.
The instuctors name is James Whelan. I know they train on a Friday evening around 730pm, but I'm not sure of other times.
http://eastcoasttkd.org/ has the timetable and timetables and info about associated clubs :)
