Triathlon - Cramp when starting run after the bike leg

    Hi

    Any advise on how to stop stomach cramp when starting the run leg of a triathlon almost immediately after getting off the bike.
    Used only water in my last race and still have the problem.
    I'm in my fourth year of tri and have never suffered from stomach cramp before but I am using a tri specific bike this season for the first time.
    Could the position be a factor?

    Any advise would be appreciated

    @jjbrown...can I ask are you slighlty on the chunky side? the continued crouched tt postion might be effecting your stomach area causing the cramping...i`m no doctor but it might be something to consider!

    Do you drink anything in t2 or on the run? Happened to me once this year and that was after taking a drink in t2..
