What am i entitled to?

    Finally going back to college this year. So just checking what can i possibly be entitled to?

    Work full-time and earn just a little under the 22800k (reconable income for the grant). Though thats after tax. Before tax, its probably more.

    Everything i have read, says im not entitled to the grant cause i have been to college already (level 7) and this time im doing a full time level 5, so im dropping levels rather than going up. I have been out of college for 6 years but i think that only helps me if i didn't complete college the first time (second chance student).

    Should i apply anyway? If im not in, i won't win!

    Im not entitled to the BTEA either, i have to be on the dole for that.

    What about tax back? Medical card? Anything?

    So is there anything i can avail of and start applying now? I dont want to be waiting until august.
