Heard about this one just now, that place up on Blakes corner in Stillorgan Village.

Formerly Bondi, then Burn Beach Club, then Tribe.

Tribe was the only iteration of it that was of any use tbh and, similarly, one of the few clubs in the city that would tolerate electronic orientate promoters. Granted it was the more commercial end of the spectrum with people like Dr. Lektroluv, but its one less place in Dublin catering for the genre.

Apparently there were apartments going to go up at one point, but I'm guessing that was scrapped in the last year or two. Unconfirmed reports that a Hooters style venue is emerging from the ashes!

    Yeah - it's Hooters now.

I can't say I'm too pissed off as I'm involved with a DnB night called Tribe

    :pac:

That place has changed hands so many times. They tried to turn it into a Club 92 type thing but its always just going to be filled with teenage nackers

Good riddance, not much had changed since the bondi days. Never went but from what i hear it was awful. Friend of mine got his front teeth kicked out by the bouncers, classy stuff.

Its always been filled with teenage d4 gob****es. And had until its closure, played host to the vast majority of UCD's finest during the week.

There was apparently a facebook prank announcing tribes re-opening as saturday 2 weeks ago, i think, and people were queueing up outside it
