    Hi
I was wondering if anybody knows of any forums for dental professionals only?
I have just started working as an associate in ireland and have a few questions which i would prefer to do on a dentist forum if one exists?
    cheers

The Irish dental association has a dentist forum on their website, you need to be a member (as you should be). Dental Town is also good.

the ranting and raving forum is by invitation only. could anything similar be done here for a sub-forum?

It has been discussed. We haven't come up with anything satisfactory yet.

i work mainly in the north but now also one day per week in the south. for my work in the uk system i use the "gdpuk.com" forum. i find it really useful for keeping up to speed with things that are ahppening in the dental world. i didn't know if there was an equivalent for ireland.
visit the forum and see what you think. i think as similar thing in reland would be really useful for all.
