Look at the reviews on the boots.com site, they are very useful when considering what to purchase.

Haven't tried them myself but I've a sister who did. She found no real difference between the wave and just using a normal exfoliant. My roommate has had them both and found them to be quite similar.

Yes, I tried the Wave and chucked it in the bin when i'd used all the pads that came with it. It's a con. Those Aapri exfoliating cleansing pads are cheaper and work better.

I used it today, my skin felt slightly softer, but don't know if it's actually any benefit in the long run. I highly doubt it's strong enough for blackheads though.
I don't find that anything works for blackheads either. Even pore strips that are meant to 'rip' them out don't even do the job.

For soft and clear skin I use St. Ive's Warming Facial Scrub and find it brilliant.

    I use it 1-2 times a week.

I also find it good for spots (it helps them disappear, for me anyway). I have oily/combination skin.

It cost me around €7 or €8, but that was 2-3 months ago, and I still have nearly a full tube left, so it lasts ages.

I massage it well into my face and after I have finished massaging it into my face, I leave it on my skin for about 2 minutes (or less if you prefer).

    Hope this helps.

St. Ives is on special in Tesco at the moment! Well, at least the regular scrubs are, might be an idea to have a look for it in there, you might get it cheap :)

    Thank you.

I'll take a trip to my local Tesco tomorrow and hopefully they'll have it.

I bought that Wave thing when it first came out. It was rubbish! I'm always so intrigued by new products though, can't say no!
