Court Summons

Can anyone tell me if being summoned to a court hearing is covered by Travel Insurance - I have the standard multi trip cover from Blue and it mentions being summoned as a witness as being covered.

The court case is a family law case and I am the Respondent - is this the same as a witness....?

Has anyone been successful with a claim like this...?

You need to check with your insurance provider.

A respondent is not a witness, usually that's the one the case is against.
