    I'm interested to find out where I could do a part - time course to become a chef, or is there even such a thing.

    As far as I know you can only study it on a full time basis. You can always contact DIT (dublin institute of technology) to find out for sure on how to do this in your case. You probably gonna have to go and see them to discuss what you need to know.
