Suggestions for Weekend Break for 5 girls

looking to go somewhere in Ireland with a couple of my friends for relaxing but fun weekend. I'm not actually definite if its going to be just the one night away or two, but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

Would prefer somewhere that was not remote as we'd like to hit the town too!
And it would be great if dinner was included in the package price.

It might be a bit of a cliché at this stage, but for a fun weekend away in Ireland, you can't go wrong with Galway city. Easy to get to, great nightlife, and with heaps to see and do.
