Could anyone point in the direction of a pdf of the above document.

Over the years I've lost my copy, have all the other ones though.

Having a ding dong with a solicitor on a sale, on whether a house requires a fire-cert.
Hope this not considered a legal issue.

    Thanks

A house does not need a fire safety certificate that's of course unless its not a house?

Just quote standard wording from Opinion on Compliance:

I am of the opinion that the Relevant Building or Works is exempt from any requirement for the making of an
application for a Fire Safety Certificate by virtue of its being a building which is proposed to be used as a dwelling
    (other than a flat).
