I've been told that salt sticks are a good idea to have for IM races. The lads who told me this are heading to Kona this year so I'll take their word for it. I can't seem to find a stockist in Ireland or a online retailer from the UK. Anyone know where to get them?

I managed to get these Saltstick capsules at The Edge Triathlon shop in Cork. Admitedly they only had them in Trial size packs, but they might be worth a shot.
