What kind of tree is this?

Lately there has been a massive amount of this tree's seed blowing about in the air and around my garden. At first i though it was the dandelion seed but it turns out that it is coming from this one. Has anyone any idea whats its called.

It is a form of Salix, possibly Salix cinerea. Common name is Goat Willow
