I've returned to work after a long illness and am currently on a 3 day week, this was agreed with HR and all before i returned as a way to ease me back into the flow of things, so thats all fine, but a few people have told me i can still claim the social for the other days? I'm not sure if I can tbh, as its a voluntary 3 day week, they havent cut my hours full time, anyone know if this can be done for the time I'm on shorter weeks? or is it only if work cuts your hours?
