sent fake sunglasses pay pal wont help

    hi guys

    Bought ray bans online.

    There fake, and not only are they fake, there not in even the right sun glasses I ordered

    When I bought the item I immediately paid.

    A couple of hours later, I get a mail from eBay telling me not to pay and if I did, open a dispute with paypal .

    This has been going on for 6 weeks, this is the response I get to day from PayPal

    indicating that the item was shipped to you. Because the seller was able to
    provide proof of shipment, we cannot reverse this transaction or issue a
    refund. We encourage you to continue to work directly with the seller to
    amicably resolve this matter.

    been noted in the record of the PayPal user you reported. If we find this
    user has violated our policies, we will investigate and take appropriate
    action. If this occurs, you may be contacted in the future about the status
    of this complaint.

    Well, they were never going to be real, were they?

    At this point, you've been given what you bought, fake Raybans. Paypal have given you their final answer, and not with a nuclear arsenal will you get them to change their minds. Negative feedback about the fake glasses is your only recourse.
