Just trying to make a few quid on the World Cup winner market and I see a couple of firms are offering refund if certain countries win. SKYbet are refunding if England win but only the first team you back. Jokers! Stan James are the same on Spain.

Setantabet.com are refunding on Brazil and no limit on how many teams you back. Only limited to a max €100 stake back though. So if you say back top 5 teams (excluding Brazil) @ €20 each you can’t lose? Well unless the winner comes from a longshot! Here what I was thinking of doing.

    Argentina 7/1
    Spain 4/1
    England 6/1
    Italy 14/1
    Germany 14/1

So as long as one of these or Brazil wins you are covered. Nice profit in it if Italy or Germany win it.

Was looking at doing the same but was going to try and lay them off on the exchanges at the same time but most firms with money back specials are offering odds well below the exchanges on the teams.
Trying to see if there's any better way of doing it but not having much luck.
Wouldn't disagree with the logic but what happens if a team like
    Holland win it?
I wouldn't rule them out and I'd put them ahead of England & Italy.

I see what you're thinking but arent alot of the refunds just free bets with the firms rather then cash?

I'd take England out of that. Same thing happens every tournament, they'll muck it up come the quarter finals when they have to play a half decent team
