Hi,

A quick question on Ryanair.

Booked my parents on a flight and put in 'Mr' twice, by mistake. What to do? I don't think it makes a difference as the names correspond with the passports and there is no title on the passport but I'd rather be sure.

Is it best to call customer services and point it out (and risk incurring a fee)? Have heard that they can be understanding and do it for no charge.
