I want to see your complaints - moreover I want to see HOW MANY complaints are out there. Myself? I have had severe problems getting online with this service provider. Whenever I ring the call centre in India (over 50 seperate incidents in the last 12 mths) I get a range of LIES about what is wrong...They range from a computer virus (ridiculous as I have a mac...) to congestion in my area -my registered address (even when I call from other locations).
A modem problem - yes, even when I am using a friends modem ( she incidentally has given up with 3 and is now using another ISP)
There is no complaints Dep't in Ireland, no-one to e-mail in this country.
This is a multi billion dollar global company, currently in a deal with BT Ireland which will bring them approx 44 million euro yet they refuse to refund me the cost of my pre-pay modem (E90)!! I am at my wits end....

Having some trouble with it over the last few days but other than that, no problems really.

i was happy enough when i got it 2years ago, but it was getting worse with the months. last year i rang up a few times and they told me it might be the old modem and that i would be entitled for a free upgrade.
i agreed to go for it and it worked for the trial period, but ever since i cant use it, as it takes ages to load.
tried ringing them a few times but every time i do they talk me through half an hour of trying doing things on my laptop and at the end if nothing works they tell me that there is a problem with the signal tower in my area and it will be solved the next day..
im getting rid of them as soon as the contract term is over
i live outside town near second sea road and i think the coverage ends just at my house, but they keep telling me that i should have coverage.
my friend lives in cartron and has the same problems

I use three for phone calls and broadband on the phone. It is OK, no major problems to report and I have been with them a couple of years.

It might be that you are in a blackspot.

I emailed them when I had problems using them. Hold on a bit and I'll see if I can dig out the address.

It is an awful service though. Glad to be shot of them.
