Just wondering if anybody knows what the T&C's are?

    if England win

There's no chance of that happening.

Appears the entire betting industry seems to disagree by placing them as the third favourites....

There is a reason for England being 6/1-7/1.
All the bookies in England will take millions on them winning therefore UK bookies will be a skinny price on them and everybody else follows.
"Just seen Ladbrokes are Best price at 7/1!"
Doesn't matter if you think they will win it or not, it's the flood of money that has them the price they are.
Ladbrokes and Hills are the 2 biggest bookies in the world and located in the UK so they will be taking all the patriotic money on them winning it.
Does anybody think they have a better chance of winning it over say Argentina, Germany or Holland?
Apart from Rooney and maybe a couple of other players, not a great team and goalie is a weak point of the team.

Same as when Ireland play, Boyles and PP would take a bucket of money so they reduce the odds accordingly.
Not much point in going 2/1 when you still lay it at 7/4.
