i got my shellac nails done in monica tolan's in balbriggan, and the beauty rooms in skerries will be getting them in shortly. i had mine done a week ago, and although it has worn and chipped very slightly, i think this is only visible upon close inspection. i have weak nails that break easily and having the shellac nail varnish applied has meant that my nails have grown and have not broken at all! its quite expensive, i think, to get them done, at around 35 euro for fingernails and 45 for toes, but my nails do look great and i would probably get them done again as a treat

Blue Moon in Malahide do them, I haven't tried them so can't comment.

I get mine done in Offaly, so I doubt it's going to be helpful to you.
