driving on l plates without full licensed driver

i was just wondering what the consequences are and when you get a car inshured if it states in the policy that your not inshured without a full licensed driver beside you .

I think you've answered your own question there. If your policy states that you're not insured without an accompanying driver then you are not insured. Simple as.

you need a fully licensed driver.... insurance or no insurance... its the law !

if your in a crash the gardai get called anyway on normal circumstances.

As has been said many times previously, as advised by the IIF, you ARE covered when driving unaccompanied, unless the T&C of your policy specifically states otherwise.
