Is this price right for a full retail version?

So I was considering buying from Ebuyer when I noticed they were roughly the same price as Pixmania but had more units in stock of what I wanted (several products I wanted on Pixmania were almost indefinitely out of stock),
then I noticed this, is this price right? If it is, it's an incredible deal compared to what I've seen in shops!

It's pretty cheap considering a retail Professional is about €200 in shops (lastI checked), glad to know it's legit, will consider ordering OS from there instead of buying in shops.

Have a look for OEM version {they meant to only be sold with new HD or full system but most places will sell it with either}, it's basically the DVD + licence {no box or manual}.

I was originally going to go for an OEM version but then when I realised I was likely to upgrade my machine in the future, I decided to go for retail Home Premium, this one actually: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/168373

upgrade version can be used for a clean install - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/31402-clean-install-upgrade-windows-7-version.html
