'What bet did you do today?' thread.

I thought this would be a good idea for a thread,see what bets people actually do,rather than the tips one at the top of the page,which don't necessarily get backed by the poster.

I don't really bet too much of late,getting an education prevents me earning money for a bit. The odd sunday I do an accum,generally short price horses,for a small wager. Today I did:
Accum:
Age of Aquarius 4.15 leopardstown
Double Double 5.45 Leopardstown
Conflictofinterest 2.00 Fontwell
Man Of Action 4.40 Newmarket.

What did anyone else do?

Three losers and backed Brazil -3 so that lost as well. Couldnt pick a winner in a one horse race lately !!

Haven't done a bet in a while,horrible strike rate lately. Might do a small each way on Channel Squadron in the 4.40 at Sandown. The favourite is odds on it's a maiden and this is a first time runner for Cecil who's in good form. Full brother to Septimus who was a good horse for O'Brien up until the year before last.

Won at 8/1.
Lost a tenner on Majadooh or something in the 5.30 at Leicester.
Have a tenner on Purple Land in the 6.40 at Limerick. Even if that loses I'm still up nicely for the day.

A tricky day's racing but I'll throw a tenner each way on Heaven Forbid in the 4.05 at Doncaster. at 9 or 10/1 I think he's overpriced.
