    Hi guys,

Might be a totally dunce question but I'm supposed to be buying a second hand iPhone 3GS that was originally bought in Australia.

    It's
"fully and legally unlocked from the apple store"

Does it's origins have any imlications on using it over here? iTunes, aps etc?

    Thanks
    Orlee

Once it's unlocked as described, you should have no problems. You will be able to log in with whatever iTunes account(s) you want, and put whatever apps you want on it. The default apps will work fine.

    Ya seems grand,
but as you know if its faulty or not up to spec you won't be covered by th Sale of Goods & Supply of Services Act, but in view of getting a good deal you'll be grand!!!

    Cool thanks

Do you think I'd be able to update to 4.0 when it comes out or might it cause problems?

Shouldn't be an issue if it's factory unlocked as stated.
