Looking to learn some fairly basic sampling, just throwing some beats and sounds in with guitar and drums mainly, and was wondering if anyone could recommend a sampler that's easy to set up, find sounds in and use within a DAW (reaper now and ableton soon)

I'm familiar with recording in a DAW and using VST's, so something that can be used like that, that I can just throw some sounds into and assign to the nanopad without too much hassle. I tried sampletank and while it was good, it didn't seem to agree with the nanopad at all. Maybe I'm just an idiot though!
