    These were all over the place about 10 years ago, in almost every pub in the country and then disappeared quite promptly.

    What happened?

    Were Swishier told to lay off their crusade by the up and coming head shops ? :D

    Their primary purpose was to stop to stop fag-butts clogging up urinals; secondarily they provided a contrasting background to show up the white toilet blocks used to kill off the wee-wee, vomit and other smells in the jacks.
