Stenaline Booking Check

I am sailing from dublin port next saturday so went on stenaline website to check my booking and in the "My bookings" section they ask for your email address and reference number then click view but it came up "booking not found". I have my printed e-ticket and schedule. So should i panic

You've got your ticket, therefore they're letting you on the boat.

Why not ring them and check - whilst they still have time to correct any errors?
