    Hi guys..
We have a small holding of reasonable land in Cavan (if such a thing exists).
sucklers on our scale (12 cows) just about breaks even as we're not re-investing..
We have recently looked at Dairy goat information from Teagasc. I have time on my hands and some limited money to invest..
Has anybody gone down this route or more importantly decided against it? apart from Glenisk who else processes Goats milk??
Any opinions at this stage would be great...

    Cheers

I milk around 200 goats in meath. The country is awash with milk at the moment. No processors are taking on people just now. Sorry

Glenisk are the biggest processors, next would be breda maher in tipp, then ardsallagha in cork.
